More time for the work only you can do.

Text-based records are unlimited. OCR limits apply only to scanned or image-based records.
Searchable PDFs, Word documents, pasted text, and other selectable-text records do not count toward monthly OCR page limits. Monthly page limits apply only when PsychDraft must visually process scanned PDFs or image-based records.
What are you really getting back?
PsychDraft is designed to reduce the repetitive work surrounding clinical thinking, so you can decide where your time is most valuable.
Spend longer with a patient whose story cannot be rushed
Think more deeply about a complicated differential diagnosis
Create recommendations patients can actually use
Finish the workday with time left for your life outside neuropsychology
What never changes
Regardless of plan, the clinical responsibility remains with you. Lower-priced tiers do not receive weaker clinical safeguards.
Pricing FAQ
Clear, factual answers regarding plan structures, capabilities, and subscriptions.
●Can I start without entering a credit card?
Yes. The Starter plan gives you three free sessions to try the workflow on real clinical cases without requiring a credit card.
●What counts toward the scanned PDF and image OCR limit?
OCR limits apply only to scanned documents and images that do not contain selectable text. Searchable text records (including selectable PDFs and copy-pasted text) are completely unlimited on all plans.
●Are searchable text records unlimited?
Yes. Selectable-text documents (like typed PDFs, Word files, and text blocks) are processed transiently and do not count toward OCR page limits.
●Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes, subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time from your account settings.
●Does PsychDraft make diagnoses or clinical decisions?
No. PsychDraft is an administrative drafting assistant. It formats and structures observation notes into drafts under your control. Clinical judgment, diagnosis, and case formulation remain entirely with the clinician.
●Is the Founding Member price permanent?
Yes. Clinicians who sign up while the Founding Member plan is open lock in their early adopter pricing ($59/month) for the life of their active subscription.
●What happens to clinical content when a session ends?
PsychDraft prioritizes data minimization. Temporary workflow context and session inputs are cleared once your session ends, and we use HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure with active BAAs to process data securely.
